My, indeed awesome, prizeshirt arrived today! I do no longer believe in your scientific jibba jabba about the selection process, though. To choose a shirt that's showing myself playing my instrument of choice, dark magic i say, don't even wanna know how many kittens and virgins are sacrificed per shirt.
Thanks again!

Putting "Delighting Consumers with Hidden Surprises" to Work | The Awesome Blog (.net)

On the other hand, some surprises are motivated by the fact that it’s too easy to find exactly what you want. A German t-shirt website called Hipstery has made a name for itself by not showing any of their shirts on the site. Instead, buyers answer a series of questions about themselves and Hipstery sends them a shirt that they think will be most appealing. Surprise! The shirts often come from the out-of-print stashes of small suppliers, and yes, you can return any shirt you absolutely hate. (Way to ruin the fun, whiner.) The appeal (or “delight,” if you will) of the site comes from the fact that the endless reach of web shopping has largely eliminated the element of surprise from shopping. If you want an obscure item, search long enough on the web and you’ll probably find it. Don’t get us wrong: we prefer it that way. But Hipstery fills another type of emotional need that has been lost, and brings some fun back to a shopping experience that’s often defined solely by efficacy.

Greetings Willem,

Thanks for your reply. We love the Hipstery out here at Parkmore. So much so, that I've imposed strict restrictions on who may be notified of its mere existence. So it's good to know your rent is covered, otherwise I'd feel slightly bad about the retail implications of such forced exclusivity.

Anyhoo, apologies if my enquiry was unclear. I just meant that [...]

Thanks again for your prose, and for your fabulous t-shirt machine. When my boss gets back from leave, I shall organise a Parkmore team photo. In our Hipstery finest, of course.

Many a cheers,
Shannon

What's this all about then?

Well this is all about your amazing t-shirts or more to the point the way that I will always buy my shirts from now on. I've purchased 3 so far and will be getting myself another one very soon (my birthdays coming up) The last one I was sent was from Shirt Fight and its amazing thank you. Its always a really good ice breaker when someone ask where I get my shirts from, most of the time they dont believe me but that just means more shirts for me.

Thank you from England and keep up the good work

Hey guys,

Thanks again for a great t-shirt choice, and for the personal message!

Have just used you to buy a couple of t-shirts for myself having used you for a friend's birthday present (which you do a great job on!).

I'm just off to continue spreading the word :)

Cheers
Simon
